These Website Terms: These Website Terms set out important information regarding your rights, obligations and the restrictions that may apply when you use our online services (which may include streamed audio visual content, text, photographs, images and other services) (“Services”) at the website www.laplanteproductions.com (the “Website”). We recommend that you read them carefully before using the Services.

These Website Terms govern the relationship between you and La Plante Productions Limited when you access and use our Services. Any reference to “you” or “your”, means you as user of the Website and Services, any reference to “we”, “us”, “our” or “La Plante” is to La Plante Productions Limited. The names, images and logos identifying us, our partners or third parties and our/their products and services contained in the Services are proprietary marks and may not be reproduced or otherwise used without express permission.

Nothing contained in these Website Terms shall be construed as conferring by implication any licence or right to use any trade mark, patent, design right or copyright of La Plante or of any third party.

Your Submissions: It is La Plante's policy not to read or view any unsolicited scripts, programme ideas, formats, taster tapes, pilots or showreels ("Submission"). In the event that you send a Submission to La Plante via the Website you agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any compensation unless the script is commissioned by us.  You acknowledge the possibility that there may be similarities between component parts of the material you submit and programmes which La Plante may develop and produce in future.  You agree that any such similarities are purely coincidental and shall not constitute an infringement of any copyright, moral or other rights. 

Registration: You may be required to register your details for certain Services. You promise that all information and details provided are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.

Safety: We advise that you never reveal via the Services any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone number, home address or email address). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your details when using our Services.

Links To Other Websites and Services: This Website contains links to other third party websites and services. These links are provided for your ease of reference and convenience only. These Website Terms shall not make us responsible for any damage or loss caused to you where such damage or loss is not reasonably foreseeable to you and us when you agree to these Website Terms (which occurs automatically when you access and continue to use the Services), including where the damage or loss results from our breach of these Website Terms.

We do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused to you where you are not entering into these Website Terms as a consumer.
